新育成水稻三系不育系综合农艺性状分析

摘  要:
【目的】分析新育成不育系所配组合在农艺性状上的特性,明确不同不育系所配组合在农艺性状上的差异,为选育一定特征的新品种在选用不育系上提供有效的参考,避免培育杂交水稻的盲目性。【方法】用9个新不育系和6个恢复系通过不完全双列杂交配成的54个组合为材料,采用二因素(父本和母本)两向分组资料无重复观察值模型进行分析;利用最小显著差数测验法(LSD法)进行差异显著性比较,对9个不育系的7个农艺性状的一般配合力差异进行了研究。【结果】结果表明,9个不育系的产量性状间差异未达显著水平。不同不育系的其他农艺性状的一般配合力效应值差异均达到极显著水平。R18A所配组合穗粒数最高,有效穗最低,结实率和千粒重偏低,易育成重穗型品种;N7A所配组合穗粒数偏高,易育成偏重穗型品种;ZA所配组合有效穗最高,穗粒数最低,结实率最高,千粒重最低,易育成穗数型品种;IIA和N6A所配组合有效穗偏高,易育成偏多穗数型品种;DA所配组合千粒重最大,结实率最低,穗粒数偏少,易育成大粒型品种;Y1A所配组合千粒重偏高,易育成偏大粒型品种;M5A和R3A所配组合7个性状均居中,大小适度,易育成中间型品种。【结论】用R18A和N7A易育成重穗型品种;ZA、IIA和N6A易育成多穗数型品种;DA和Y1A易育成大粒型品种;M5A和R3A易育成中间型品种。

摘  要:
【Objective】The aim of the study was to explore the agronomic traits of the new CMS lines,which can provide a reference basis for breeding a new variety in the use of sterile lines and avoid the blindness of the selection of new hybrid rice.【Method】54combinations were taken as research materials through incomplete diallel cross between 9CMS lines and 6restorers.The analysis was carried out in the two factors(male and female parents)and two way data without repeated observation value model.The significant difference comparison of the least significant difference test(LSD)was used to study the difference of the general combination ability of 7agronomic traits for 9new rice CMS lines.【Results】The differences of yield among 9 male sterile lines were not significant and their yield levels were very similar.The differences of effect values of general combination ability of other agronomic traits were significant among different sterile lines.The combination ability effect value of grain number per spike was the highest but the one of effective panicle was the lowest for R18 A.The ones of the seed-setting rate and 1 000-grain weight were a little lower and it was easy to be used as breeding heavy panicle type hybrid rice.The combination ability effect value of grain number per spike was slightly higher for N7 Aandwas easy to be used as breeding common heavy panicle type hybrid rice cultivar.The combination ability effect value of effective spike was the highest but grain number per spike was the lowest.The seed-setting rate was the highest but 1 000-grain weight for ZA was the lowest.It was easy to be used as breeding panicle number type variety.The combination ability effect values of the effective spike were slightly higher between IIA and N6 A,which was easy to breed partial panicle number type variety.The rice combinations with DA had the maximum 1 000-grain weight but the seed-setting rate was the lowest.The grain number per spike was slightly shorter and was easy to breed big grain type cultivars.The rice combinations with Y1 Ahad higher 1 000-grain weight and it was easy to breed large grain type cultivars.The combination ability effect values of 7traits in M5 Aand R3A were common,moderate size and were easy to breed intermediate varieties.【Conclusion】It was easy to breed heavy panicle type varieties by R18 Aand N7Aand to breed manypanicles type varieties by ZA,IIA and N6 A.In addition,it was easy to breed big-grain type cultivars by DA and Y1 Aand to breed intermediate type varieties by M5 Aand R3A.
