我国牧草压缩基础研究工作进展及探索

摘  要:
在国内外有关研究的基础上,简要叙述了我国有关牧草压缩基础研究的进展及探索情况;从定义、压缩原理、压缩过程、压力、压缩变形及产品生成过程出发,较系统地论证了开式、闭式压缩的特点及关系;系统地揭示了压捆机压缩全过程中压力、压缩变形、变形恢复及草捆生成过程的规律;确定了若干压捆机基本参量,完善了压捆机的参量系统,为压捆机的优化设计提供了理论基础;在论证了参量之间关系的基础上,提出了压捆机优化设计的方向。

摘  要:
The square baler used in production commonly belonges to open type compression in operationl mechanism.Our branch of learning group has been putting the stress on the design of baler and carried out a number of experimental studies on it through long term of time.The author narrates the progress of the relevant research work in our country, points out the distinction and the relationship between close type and open type compression based on the definition,compression principle,compression process,pressure variation law,deformation pattern and the evolution procedure of the bale,reveale the pressure variation law,deformation pattern,the relief of deformationand the forming procedure of the bale in the whole compreesion process systematically,finds out certain number of essential parameterS,Perfects the parameter system of the baler and thus having provided direct theoretical base for the optimized design of baler and advances the orientation of the optimized design of baler based on the analysisof relationship aming each parameters. [
