摘 要:
[目的]建立一种同时测定水产品中泰妙菌素和沃尼妙林农药残留的分散固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。[方法]样品经乙腈进行提取,PSA为吸附剂进行分散固相萃取净化,C_(18)柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)分离,水溶液(含0.05%甲酸、5 mmol/L乙酸铵)∶乙腈=(85∶15)为初始流动相,结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)定性定量分析。[结果]添加样品的回收率为82.5%~95.4%,相对标准偏差在3.0%~11.2%,最低检出限为0.1μg/kg。[结论]该方法精密度、灵敏度、回收率均能满足水产品中泰妙菌素和沃尼妙林的快速分析测定。

摘 要:
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a dispersive solid-phase extraction-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method(UPLC-MS/MS) for the simultaneous determination of tiamulin and valnemulin residues in aquatic products.[Method]The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by PSA as adsorbent,separated by C_(18) column(2.1 mm × 50 mm,1.7 μm),water solution(0.05% formic acid and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate)∶acetonitrile=(85∶15) as the initial mobile phase,and analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.[Result]The recovery rate of the added sample was 82.5%-95.4%,the relative standard deviation was 3.0%-11.2%,and the detection limit of this method was 0.1 μg/kg.[Conclusion]The precision,sensitivity and recovery rate of this method can meet the requirements of rapid analysis and determination of tiamulin and valnemulin in aquatic products.
