头孢霉(Cephalosporiumsp.)发酵生产α-亚麻酸

摘  要:
研究了 8种因子对头孢霉 (Cephalosporiumsp .)发酵产α 亚麻酸产量及其占总脂肪酸百分含量的影响。有利于获得α 亚麻酸高产的条件包括 :培养基中碳源为蔗糖 30g/L ,氮源为 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 3g/L ,起始pH为 6 0 ,5 0 0ml三角瓶装 10 0ml培养基 ,接种 2 0 % (v/v)的菌种 ,2 0℃培养 10d。在此条件下 ,α 亚麻酸产量达 87 6 6mg/L ,占总脂肪酸百分含量为 2 3 85 % ,干菌丝产量达到 7 82g/L ,油含量占菌丝干重的 8 0 8%。

摘  要:
Effects of 8 factors on α linolenic acid(ALA) yield produced by Cephalosporium sp. and its proportion to total fatty acid were studied.The factors beneficial to accumulate ALA were sucrose 30 g/L(carbon source),(NH 4) 2SO 4 3 g/L (nitrogen source),initial pH 6 0 of culture medium,100 ml medium in 500 ml flask,20%(v/v) inoculum concentration being cultured at 20℃ for 10 d. Under this condition,ALA could reach the yield of 87 86 mg/L and 23 85% to total fatty acid,and oil content occupied 8 08% to dry mycelium which was 7 82 g/L
