阿坝州藏鸡鸡蛋矿物质元素含量的比较研究

摘  要:
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定阿坝州藏鸡三个品系鸡蛋的12种矿物质元素。结果表明,阿坝州三个藏鸡品系蛋壳内Ba、Ca、Cu、P、Mn五个元素的含量差异不显著(P>0.05),其中Ca、P元素含量较高,占组成元素总含量99%以上,Si、K、Ba、Fe含量略高于其他矿物质元素;三个品系蛋清的矿物质元素含量均不相同,但仅P、Ba、Mn三元素在三个品系间的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);三个品系中,阿藏Ⅱ系除Al、Cu、Pb、Si四个元素外,蛋黄的其他矿物质元素的含量均值均高于阿藏Ⅰ系、Ⅲ系,且大部分常微量元素在三个品系间的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);蛋黄内富含有Ca、Cu、Mn、P、Fe、Zn等元素,且极显著高于蛋清。

摘  要:
The contents of 12 mineral elements in the eggs among Tibetan chicken of Aba prefecture were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The result shows that the contents of Ba,Ca,Cu,P,Mn in the egg shell among the three strains of Tibetan chicken of Aba prefecture were not significantly different(P>0.05),the contents of Ca and P were high,accounting for more than 99% of the total content,while the content of Si,K,Ba,Fe slightly higher than other mineral elements;The contents of 12 mineral elements in the egg white were distant,but the differences between the three elements of P,Ba and Mn reached a significant level(P<0.05);The average content of the mineral elements in egg yolk of the strain Ⅱ was higher than the others,except for Al,Cu,Pb and Si,and the difference among the three strains for the most mineral elements was reached a significant level(P<0.05);The yolk is rich in elements such as Ca,Cu,Mn,P,Fe and Zn and the contents in egg yolk were twice higher than egg white.
