摘  要:
结合企业需求,围绕人才培养的目标,建设高水平应用型大学的要求,以食品质量管理学为例,从教学理念、教学内容、教学模式、考核方式4方面入手,探索食品质量管理学课程改革模式,旨在培养学生实践能力,提高教学质量。

摘  要:
Based on the demand of the market for talents and the goal of talent cultivation,the requirement of building a high level application-oriented university,the food quality management is cited as an example.The reform model on science of food quality management was discussed to cultivate students' practical ability and improve teaching quality from four aspects such as teaching idea,teaching content,teaching mode,assessment method.
