添加剂对玉米秸秆燃烧结渣特性的影响

摘  要:
选择Ca3(PO4)2、CaO、Al2(SO4)3、(NH4)2SO4和NH4H2PO45种添加剂,按不同元素比例添加至玉米秸秆中进行燃烧试验,并对其灰渣的结渣特性、灰渣形貌、化学元素进行分析.结果表明:Si、K元素形成的低熔点化合物是玉米秸秆结渣的主要原因.Ca3(PO4)2在K与Ca的摩尔比为1∶3,CaO在K与Ca的摩尔比为1∶3时燃烧效果均最佳,烧结强度指数分别为0.46和0.48,灰质表面特别松软,几乎不存在结渣现象.试验结果为解决玉米秸秆燃烧结渣问题提供了试验依据.

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems,the corn straw combustion experiments were done,in which five additives Ca3(PO4)2,CaO,Al2(SO4)3,(NH4)2SO4and NH4H2PO4 were mixed up with the corn straw,the proportions of these additives were based on the molar mass of the straw.The ash slagging characteristics,morphology,chemical element were analysed according to the corn straw combustion experiments.The result showed that the additives Ca3(PO4)2and CaO were proved to be effective to solve the slagging problems,when the proportion of Ca ∶K equal to 3,and the sintering strength index of each test samples were 0.46 and 0.48,the surface of the two ashes were specially soft,and almost none slagging phenomenon.
