木薯内源赤霉素含量与块根淀粉积累的关系

摘  要:
为研究木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)内源赤霉素含量与不同淀粉含量木薯块根淀粉积累的关系,以木薯辐选01(块根淀粉含量高)和华南124(块根淀粉含量低)为材料,在木薯的4个生长时期测定其根、茎、叶的赤霉素含量以及块根淀粉含量,并进行相关分析。结果表明,在不同生长发育时期,木薯通过各部位的赤霉素水平调控淀粉合成关键酶活性来调节淀粉的合成。

摘  要:
Spoke selected 01(with high starch) and South China 124(with low starch) were used to study the relationship between endogenous gibberellin(GA3) and starch accumulation in cassava tuber. The GA3 content and tuber starch content in the root, stem, leaf were measured during the four growth periods. Correlation analysis was conducted. Results showed that during the four growth periods, the cassava starch was synthsized as GA3 in the cassava regulated the activity of key enzymes in the starch synthsis.
