摘 要:
自20世纪70年代以来,在自然因素和人类活动的交互影响下,河北省山前平原地下水位持续下降,并产生了一系列的水文地质问题,严重影响了社会经济的可持续发展。以河北省栾城县为例,从地下水位、地下水量及地下水流场分析了地下水系统的动态变化,并从降水、地下水开采、种植结构调整、水利工程修建等因素初步探讨了地下水系统变化的原因,为该区域地下水资源的可持续利用提供依据。

摘 要:
From the 1970 s,under the impact of natural factors and human activities,the groundwater table in the Hebei Piedmont has been declining,causing a series of geological environmental disasters and affecting the social ecology sustainable development seriously.The paper analyses the groundwater system change from the groundwater table,groundwater quantity and groundwater movement in Luancheng County.And driving factors of precipitation,exploitation groundwater,adjusting cropping plant pattern and water engineering construction are discussed in the paper.It will provide base for regional water resources sustainable use.
