新城镇化进程中农民工信息素养教育与信息消费能力长效互动机制研究

摘  要：
新型城镇化背景下的农民工市民化,是当前中国现代化建设的一个重要历史任务。新型城镇化的核心是以人为本的农民工市民化问题。针对农民工的信息素养现状和信息消费中存在的实际问题,认为农民工信息素养能力不足,是制约其信息消费的最大障碍,提出一些公共图书馆加强对农民工信息素养教育,协同推进信息消费水平的根本措施。

摘  要：
Under the background of new urbanization, the citizenization of migrant workers is an important historical task in nowadays China modernization construction. The core of new urbanization is the citizenization of migrant workers with human oriented. According to practical problems in migrant workers' information literacy education and information consumption, this paper pointed out that the lack of information literacy ability was the biggest obstacles which restricted migrant workers' information consumption, and put forward some basic measures for public library to strengthen migrant workers' information literacy education and synergistically push the information consumption level.
