摘  要：
运用Alkire和Foster开发的多维贫困测算方法,依据中国健康与营养调查数据,测算中国农村居民的多维贫困状况,对测算结果进行聚类分析和雷达图分析。结果显示,收入维度已经不是唯一衡量贫困状况的标准,教育、健康、生活维度对多维贫困贡献率较高,在制定扶贫政策时应从多个维度考虑,当前降低教育和生活维度的剥夺尤为迫切;西部地区相比其他地区,多维贫困状况更为严重,制订更积极、更有效的区域发展政策,是解决西部农村深度贫困问题、使农村居民共赴小康、提升获得感的良方。

摘  要：
Using the multi-dimensional poverty measurement method developed by Alkire and Foster, and based on survey data of China Health and Nutrition, the multi-dimensional poverty status of rural residents in China could be calculated, and the results were analyzed by cluster analysis and radar chart analysis. The results show that the dimension of income is not the only measure of poverty, however, the dimension of education, health, life have a higher contribution rate to multi-dimensional poverty. We should consider the problem from many dimensions when formulating the policies of poverty alleviation. Moreover, it is particularly urgent to reduce the deprivation of the dimensions of education and life. Compared with other areas, the multi-dimensional poverty situation in the western region is more serious. To formulate a more active and effective regional development policy is a good way to solve the problem of deep poverty in the western rural areas, making the rural residents goes to a well-off society and enhances their sense of attainment.
