黔黄多品种(系)杂交鸡生产性能与肉质研究

摘  要:
对黔Ⅱ、H黔Ⅱ、H系、杂交黑羽鸡各50只进行0~10周龄的试验和测定,依次体重为1413g,1754g,1925g,1510g;料肉比2.82,2.57,2.49,2.72;全净膛率68.92%,70.90%,71.64%,68.69%;胸腿肌率36.59%,37.17%,40.24%,34.72%;胸肌纤维直径28.83,30.28,30.1,25.10μm;保水率62.24%,61.25%,48.93%,65.76%;各种必需氨基酸含量或在亲本值间,或优于亲本最大值。对10周龄体重进行统计检验,H系极显著大于黑羽和黔Ⅱ(P<0.01),显著大于H黔Ⅱ,而H黔Ⅱ显著大于黔Ⅱ(P<0.05)。试验结果说明,三品系杂交的H黔Ⅱ同时保持了母系黔Ⅱ的优良肉质和父系H系生长快的优点。

摘  要:
The production performance and meat quality had been determined at 10 weeks of age for QianⅡ,H QianⅡ,H line and black feather crossing broilers,50 chicks each breed (line).The results were described as follows:the body weights were sequentially 1 413 , 1 754 , 1 925 and 1 510 g ;food conversion rates were 2.82,2.57,2.49 and 2.72; drawn poultry rates were 68.92%,70.90%,71.64% and 68.69%;breast and leg muscle percentages were 36.59% , 37.17% , 40.24% and 34.72% ; fiber diameters of breast muscle were 28.83 , 30.28 , 30.1 and 25.10 μm; water conservation percentages were 62.24%,61.25%,48.93% and 65.76% respectively. The contents of various essential amino acid were between two parents, or superior to the maximum of parents. The body weights at 10 weeks old of different crossing combination were analysed statistically, F=73.08(P<0.01).H line was very significantly larger than QianⅡ and black feather broiler(P<0.01), and was significantly larger than H QianⅡ. while H Qian Ⅱ was significantly larger than QianⅡ(P<0.05). The results indicated that the triple lines crossing broiler, H QianⅡ remained excellent meat quality originated from maternal line and acquired the advantage of growing fast inherited from paternal lines.
