摘 要:
发展有机绿茶是中国茶企走向国际市场的根本出路之一,有机绿茶生产企业必须利用HACCP体系进行管理,才能生产出符合国际市场要求的有机绿茶产品。从有机绿茶生产过程中可能出现的危害因子分析入手,确定了有机绿茶质量安全生产关键控制点,并结合其关键控制点制订了有机绿茶安全生产的HACCP计划表。

摘 要:
Developing organic green tea was one of the fundamental way for Chinese tea enterprises entering the international tea market. The enterprises of organic green tea must use the HACCP system to manage and produce in order to meet the requirements of the international market. The critical controlling points about quality safety of organic green tea from the analysis of the hazard factor in the process of ganic green tea were determined. A schedule of HACCP in producing the organic green tea combined with the critical control points was set up.
