苎麻(Boehmeria)绿原酸和黄酮含量测定

摘  要:
对苎麻属的三个种和一变种共5份材料进行了绿原酸、总黄酮含量分析测定。其叶绿原酸平均含量为0.354%,变异系数为41.25%。根的总黄酮平均含量为0.362%,变异系数为9.33%。其绿原酸、总黄酮含量低于杜仲。

摘  要:
The content of chlorogenic acid and total flavones in 3 Boehmeria species and one variation were tested.The average content of chlorogenic acid o f leaf is 0.354% with CV 41.25% and that of total flavones of roots is 0.36 2%with CV 9.33%.The content of chlorogenic acid and total flavones of Boehmer ia is lower than that of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.
