柞蚕微孢子虫侵染对不同柞蚕品种幼虫生长发育的影响

摘  要:
选择5个柞蚕品种进行柞蚕微孢子虫添毒试验,调查微孢子虫对柞蚕幼虫生长发育的影响及不同品种之间的抵抗能力差异。以浓度为2.4×106mL-1的柞蚕微孢子悬液按照5μL/头的剂量给4龄起蚕添食后,微孢子虫对整个4龄期柞蚕幼虫的生长发育影响较小(P>0.05);但进入4眠期后微孢子虫侵染对柞蚕幼虫的生长发育产生了明显的影响,幼虫发育迟缓,龄期经过时间延长,蚕体质量最大增加量下降,体质量增速变慢。比较不同柞蚕品种的抵抗能力,发现柞蚕品种582的幼虫生长发育受微孢子虫侵染的影响最小,柞蚕品种青6号和宽青的幼虫生长发育受微孢子虫侵染的影响最大。

摘  要:
In this study,Antheraea pernyi larvae of five varieties were administrated with Nosema pernyi spores to investigate the impact of Nosema pernyi on growth and development of A. pernyi larvae and the resistance difference among different A. pernyi varieties. After being administered to the newly exuviated A. pernyi larvae of the 4th instar at 2. 4×106 mL-1concentration and at 5 μL dose per larva,N. pernyi had weak influence on the growth and development of all A. pernyi larvae of the 4th instar(P>0. 05). After the 4th molting,N. pernyi infection had obvious influence on larval growth and development of A. pernyi. The development of the infected larvae was slowed,the larval duration was lengthened,the maximum increment of larval body weight was decreased,and the growth rate of body weight was slowed as well. Comparison of the resistance between different A. pernyi varieties showed that N. pernyi infection had the smallest influence on growth and development of A. pernyi variety named 582,and had the most obvious influence on that of two A. pernyi varieties named Qing No. 6 and Kuanqing.
