摘 要:
胶合板生产属于木材深加工,针对生产中依靠人工完成胶合板侧面腻子修补存在劳动效率低、修补质量差及工况条件恶劣等问题,研制了一种具有线-面自适应贴合性的双摆动修补装置替代人工修补。装置安装的刮片以一定角度贴合并压紧胶合板侧面,在板材传送过程中,实现侧面孔隙腻子填塞、多余腻子刮除的侧面腻子修补自动化过程。进行了装置自适应贴合过程的坐标变化分析,验证了实际工况下胶合板和修补装置的倾斜误差不会影响刮片的贴合性。同时,考虑贴合过程的碰撞稳定性和贴合后的压紧效果,设计了主摆块摆长、弹簧顶杆安装位置和主弹簧参数。最后对装置修补后表板边缘腻子残留问题进行了功能改进。双摆动贴合的修补装置在腻子修补机中的试用结果表明:修补装置可满足不同规格胶合板侧面孔隙修补的技术要求,一次性修补后的板侧面无孔隙遗漏、腻子涂布均匀,最大厚度为0.2 mm,修补效率相比手工修补可提升3倍以上。本研究设计的装置结构简单、易调整,可在行业中推广。

Plywood production belongs to wood further processing.Due to the defects in veneers,the holes on the side surfaces of plywood must be repaired with putty.The repair process of plywood side surface still relies on manual work currently,which has drawbacks of low efficiency,poor quality and bad working environments.The main problems of manual repair are as follows:1) remaining holes on the plywood sides,there are always 20%-30% holes left after the manual repair;2) poor repairing quality,the thickness of putty is nonuniform,which is varied between 0.6-1.2 mm;3) low repairing efficiency,as the process of manual repair needs to move the scraper forward and backward along the sides of the plywood,the efficiency of manual repair is only 0.2 m/s.In order to solve the problems of the manual repair,a double swing fitting device that is installed scraper could fit and compress the sides of the plywood at a certain angle was designed and manufactured.The device could realize the automatic repair process of putty filling and excess putty removing for plywood sides.The coordinate transforming analysis of the adaptive fitting process of the device was carried out,and it was verified that the error of slope angle which was caused by the plywood and repair device under actual working conditions would not affect the scraper fitting process.Meanwhile,the collision stability and compressing effect of the fitting process were considered.The length of the main swing block,the position of the spring shaft and the parameters of main spring were designed.The problem of the remaining putty on the edge of the plywood was addressed.The trial results of the double swing fitting device that was used on putty repair machine showed that,the device could meet the automatic technical requirements of putty repairing for the plywood with different specifications.Through one-time repair,the thickness of the putty was uniform,and there was no hole left on plywood side surfaces; the thickness of putty was uniform,which was about 0.2 mm.The repair efficiency of the double swing fitting device for both side surfaces of the plywood was 0.4 m/s,which was over 3 times higher than that of the manual repairing.The main features of the double swing fitting device were that it could make sure the edge of the scraper fitting the side surfaces of the plywood invariably and the pressure on plywood side surfaces keeping uniform at the meanwhile.The device has the advantages of simple structure and easy adjustment,which possesses good promotion value in the plywood industry.
