花生丛枝病病原的血清学研究

摘 要:
本研究首次制备了花生丛枝病 ( PWB)植原体的专化性鼠腹水抗体 ,效价为 1∶ 1 2 80 ,比较了 5种间接 ELISA方法检测植原体的效果 ,并对 6种植原体病原提纯物进行了血清学研究。结果表明 ,鼠腹水抗体除与 PWB有血清学反应外 ,还与豇豆丛枝病原 ( Co WB)具有一定的血清学关系 ,而与 TWB、Ch WB、SWB和BWB无血清学关系。

摘 要:
Specific mouse ascites fluid against phytoplasma associated with peanut witches' broom disease (PWB) was obtained for the first time and it gave a titer of 1∶1280 by common indirect ELISA. The sensitivities of 5 indirect ELISA methods were compared to detect phytoplasma in terms of dilution. Both of indirect PVP ELISA and SDS double immunodiffusion test were used to assess the serological relationships for 6 kinds of phytoplasmas. The result showed that both PWB and CoWB (Cowpea witches' broom disease) showed a positive reaction with the PWB mouse ascites fluid, while TWB, SWB, ChWB, BWB showed negative reaction.
