淡水养殖中复合菌群组配的水质改良剂的筛选

摘  要:
依据菌株降解特性和降解底物的差异,构建了包含不同菌群的水质改良剂,通过室内和室外试验,检测了不同水质改良剂对养殖水体化学耗氧量(COD)、氨态氮(NH4-N)、亚硝态氮(NO2-N)和溶解氧含量变化的影响。结果表明,由N419、JM14、C5三种菌组合配制的水质改良剂效果最好,处理15d时,COD降解率达到92.6%,NH4-N消减率达到94.5%,NO2-N消减率达到81.6%,溶解氧提升22.8%。

摘  要:
Based on differences in the characteristics of different strains,the comparisons on water purifying efficiency of 8 microorganism water treatment agents were carried in this study.The results showed that the performance of purification agent with strain N419,JM14,C5 was higher than that of other 7 compound microbial agents.After 15 days treatment,the concentration of COD,NH4-N and NO2-N was declined by 92.6%,94.5% and 81.6%,respectively.Meanwhile,the dissolved oxygen was increased by 22.8%.
