2014年国内生猪市场形势分析及2015年展望

摘  要：
2014年,生猪、能繁母猪存栏量均大幅下降,但生猪出栏量大幅增加创历史新高,说明生猪产能过剩,市场去产能化明显;生猪价格高开低走,总体走势与2013年相似,但同比大幅下跌;猪肉消费力度整体略有下滑,低于预期;市场供过于求,生猪及其产品价格低迷,生猪养殖业全年亏损情况为历年之最。2015年中国猪肉价格底部将较2014年整体抬升,价格峰值或将变平缓。

摘  要：
In 2014, the inventories of hog and breeding sow decreased sharply, but slaughtered pig number increased to hit a historical high, these showed hog production was over-capacity, and hog market showed a obvious de-capacity. The hog price opened at high, followed by a downward trend, and the trend in general was similar to 2013 with sharp decreasing year on year growth rate. The consumption of pork declined slightly in general, which was lower than expectation. Due to the oversupply, the price of hog and its products depressed, full-year loss in the industry of breeding pig was the highest in the history. In 2015, the bottom of pork price will be higher than in 2014 as a whole in China, and the price peak is likely to be gentle.
