响应曲面法优化Fenton试剂处理活性艳蓝废水

摘  要:
采用Fenton氧化对染料水进行了研究,以活性艳蓝K-GR染料废水为研究对象,选着染料废水初始pH值,H_2O_2和FeSO_4投加量为自变量,采用Box-Benhnken响应面法研究各自变量及交互作用对活性艳蓝K-GR脱色率的影响,并通过响应曲面分析及回归方程求解得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明:H_2O_2和FeSO_4投加量与染料降解率存在显著相关性,经试验修正后的最佳反应条件为:pH=2.8,双氧水浓度为3.7mmol/L,硫酸亚铁浓度为0.75mmol/L。在此最优条件下,平均脱色率为98.5%。

摘  要:
Fenton oxidation was employed to study dye wastewater.The reactive brilliant blue K-GR dye wastewater was used as the research object.The initial pH value,the dosage of FeSO_4 and H_2O_2 were selected as independent variables.Box-Benhnken response surface method was used to study the effect of respective variables and interaction on the decolorization rate of reactive brilliant blue K-GR.And the prediction model of the two polynomial regression equation was obtained by means of response surface analysis and regression equation.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the dosage of FeSO_4 and H_2O_2 and the degradation rate of the dye.After experimental correction,the appropriate PH value is 2.8.The concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 3.7mmol/l and the concentration of ferrous sulfate is 0.75mmol/l.The average decolorization rate was 98.5% under this optimum condition.
