摘 要：
通过对国内外大量微乳研究资料的综合分析,结合该研究组试验结果进行讨论,探讨微乳研究的现状及存在的问题。微乳的制备方法简单,但制备过程中不同的表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油和药物的结构及性质均对微乳的形成有一定的影响;研究的方法还需要进一步改进;微乳形成的机制尚需要进一步研究。微乳是良好的药物载体系统,有着巨大的开发应用潜力,但研究开发无毒的生物相容性医用表面活性剂和助表面活性剂是关键,同时需要探索出一套准确高效的研究方法和检测手段。

摘 要：
To introduce and discuss the present development situation and problems of the pharmaceutical microemulsion studies,analysis was carried out based on the results of the author's research group and other researchers on pharmaceutical microemulsions. Although the preparation method of pharmaceutical microemulsions was simple,there were a lot of factors affecting the formation of pharmaceutical microemulsions in the preparation process,such as the structure and nature of the surfactant,CO-surfactant,oil and drug. More studies on the formation mechanism of pharmaceutical microemulsions were needed. Pharmaceutical microemulsion was a good kind of medicine carrier system and had huge potential in development and application. The key was to research and develop non-toxic medical surfactant and CO-surfactant. Meanwhile,a set of accurate and highly effective research techniques and testing methods should be developed.
