渔民收入增加对渔业产业结构调整的影响

摘  要：
论文首先利用1990-2015年中国渔业统计年鉴数据实证回归得出,渔民收入增加借助资本投入和技术进步对渔业产业结构调整的影响显著,而劳动力投入的作用不显著。然后进一步测定了各投入要素对渔业产业结构调整的贡献率,得出渔民收入增加引致的渔业资本和技术投入对产业结构调整的贡献较大,而劳动力的贡献较小且不断下降。最后基于实证结果针对渔业产业结构调整提出应提高渔民收入水平、加大补贴力度、实现渔业产业化经营等建议。

摘  要：
By using data of China fishery statistical yearbook of 1990-2015,this paper reaches that fishermen's income increasing with the aid of capital investment and technology progress has a significant impact on the upgrading of the industrial structure,while the role of labor input is not significant.In this paper,we further determines the contribution rate of each input factor of fishery.The contribution of capital and technology to the upgrading of industrial structure is great,while the contribution of labor is small and is declining.On the basis of empirical analysis results,in order to solve the adjustment of fishery industry structure,this paper puts forward certain recommendations such as raising the level of fishermen's income,increasing subsidies and realizing the industrialization of fishery.
