气相色谱法测定土菌灵原药及相关制剂

摘  要:
[目的]为了更快更有效的检测土菌灵原药及相关制剂的有效含量。[方法]样品中加入乙腈溶解。采用气相色谱法,以DB-5为色谱柱,氦气作为载气,FID作为检测器,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标溶液,进行检测。[结果]土菌灵含量成线性关系,回收率为95.20%~97.50%之间,相对标准偏差为0.52%~1.04%之间。[结论]该方法达到了简便、快速、准确的目的。

摘  要:
[Aims] This study aims to establish a method for quickly and effectively detecting the content of etridiazole.[Methods] The sample was dissolved in acetonitrile and detected by gas chromatographic with DB-5 column, Helium asthe carrier gas, FID as the detector, dibutyl phthalate as the internal standard solution. [Results] The content of etridiazole is linear, the recovery rale is between 95.20-97.50%, and the RSD is between 0.52-1.04%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
