柞树基因组研究进展

摘  要:
柞树(QuercusL.)有450个种,广泛分布在亚洲、欧洲、非洲和北美洲,具有重要的经济、生态、文化、科学研究价值.由于存在大量杂交造成的种间形态特征和种内形态变异,使得柞树的分类非常困难.柞树基因组的解析可以为该属植物的分类、遗传与进化、育种等研究提供基本的遗传信息.核基因组方面,科学家近期完成了夏栎(Q. robur)、加利福尼亚白栎(Q. lobata)和欧洲栓皮栎(Q. suber)的基因组测序;细胞器基因组方面,共有25种柞树的叶绿体基因组被解析.本文总结了柞树基因组的研究现状,并对该领域今后的研究进行了展望,以期能为柞树资源的收集、评价、保护和有效利用提供有价值的信息.

摘  要:
There are 450 species of genus Quercus L.(oaks)widely distributed in Asia,Europe,Africa and North America,which have important economic,ecological,cultural,scientific research values. The classification of Quercus is perplexing due to the intermediate morphological characteristics and intraspecific morphological variations caused by extensive hybridization. Research on the genome of Quercus can provide fundamental genetic information for the study on its taxonomy,genetic evolution and breeding. As for the nuclear genome,full nuclear genomes of Q. robur,Q. lobata and Q. suber have been determined recently by scientists. As for the organelle genome,25 chloroplast genomes of Quercus species have been completely sequenced. In this paper,we reviewed the important research advances in the genomics of Quercus species,and provided prospective future and valuable genome-based information for collection,evaluation,conservation and effective utilization of oak germplasm resources.
