云南省新平县野生绿孔雀伴生鸟兽多样性及关联性分析

摘  要:
2017年1~6月,利用红外相机对云南省新平县野生动物进行连续监测。经统计,33台红外相机累计工作3836个工作日,捕获独立有效照片和视频1853组,其中鸟类1473组,兽类380组;经鉴定,拍摄到的鸟类有13种,隶属5目8科13属;兽类有8种,隶属5目8科8属。其中,国家Ⅰ级保护动物有2种,分别为绿孔雀(Pavo muticus)和黑颈长尾雉(Syrmaticus humiae),国家Ⅱ级保护动物有5种,分别为原鸡(Gallus gallus)、白鹇(Lophura nycthemera)、白腹锦鸡(Chrysolophus amherstiae)、猕猴(Macaca mulatta)、鬣羚(Capricornis milneedwardsii),IUCN红色名录濒危种有绿孔雀。采用G-F指数计算鸟兽多样性指数,定量分析红外相机拍摄的鸟兽科间、属间的多样性,鸟类的GF指数高于兽类,这表明在该地区的鸟类多样性比兽类多样性高。鸟类相对丰富度较高的3个种是绿孔雀、原鸡和白鹇;兽类相对丰富度较高的3类是鼠类、赤腹松鼠(Callosciurus erythraeus)和豹猫(Prionailurus bengalensis)。

摘  要:
From January to June 2017,33 infrared cameras were used to continuously monitor wild animals in Xinping County,Yunnan Province. The infrared cameras functioned for 3836 days,and 1853 sets of independent effective photographs and videos were captured, including 1473 groups of birds and 380 groups of mammals. Thirteen species of birds could be identified,representing 5 orders,8 families and 13 genera. Eight species of mammals could be identified,representing 5 orders,8 families and 8 genera. Among the recorded species,Pavo muticus and Syrmaticus humiae are first class national-protected species of China,while Gallus gallus,Lophura nycthemera,Chrysolophus amherstiae,Macaca mulatta,and Capricornis milneedwardsii are second class national-protected species. Pavo muticus was assessed in 2016 as Endangered by the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. The G-F index of birds is higher than that of mammals,indicating that the bird diversity in this area is higher. The three top contributors to relative abundance index of birds were Pavo muticus,Gallus gallus and Lophura nycthemera. The relative abundance index of mice,Callosciurus erythraeus and Prionailurus bengalensis were higher than for other mammals.
