摘  要：
为了提高水产养殖复合应用型卓越农林人才综合实践能力,认识和服务社会,增强社会责任感,发挥社会和实践育人功能,在卓越农林班实施暑期挂职锻炼活动。本文总结卓越农林班挂职锻炼的目的意义、实施方案和取得的效果,分析出现的问题并提出改进建议,从而提高挂职锻炼的有效性,培养卓越水产养殖人才。

摘  要：
In order to improve the comprehensive practice ability of aquaculture and agroforestry talents, to understand and serve the society, to enhance social responsibility, and give play to the social and practical education functions, The summer camping activities were implemented in the excellent agriculture and forestry classes.This paper summarizes the purpose of the excellent agricultural and forestry class, the implementation plan and the results achieved, analyzes the problems and proposes suggestions for improvement, so as to improve the effectiveness of the job training and cultivate excellent aquaculture talents.
