紫薇叶片色素含量变化与叶色转变的关系

摘  要:
以3种美国紫薇(红火箭、红火球、红叶紫薇)和本地紫薇为实验材料,研究在秋季紫薇叶色转变期叶片颜色的变化与叶片中色素含量之间的关系。结果表明:叶片中花青素含量越高,其叶片颜色更红;花青素、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素3种色素的比例与叶片颜色的呈现有着直接关系,花青素比例的增加、叶绿素比例的降低使叶片呈现红色,且变化程度与叶片红色的深浅呈现正相关。

摘  要:
With three kinds of American Lagerstroemia indica(Red Rocket, Dynamite and Pink Velour species) and local L.indica as experimental material, studied the relationship between leaves change color and leaf pigment content in the leaf color transition period in the autumn. The results showed that: The anthocyanins content in leaf is higher, the leaf color is more red, the proportion of anthocyanins, carotenoids and chlorophyll has a direct relation with the leaf color, the increase of proportion of anthocyanins and the lower of proportion of chlorophyll lead to turn red in the leaf, and there was the positive linear correlation between the change degree and the depth of the red leaves.
