农业科技投入、区域经济增长与农民收入关系研究——以广东省4个区域为例

摘  要：
农民收入的增加关系着人民生活水平的提高和生活质量的改善,它离不开经济增长,亦离不开科学技术的支持。本文从区域经济视角出发,首先分析了近年来广东省各区域农业科技投入、农业经济增长与农民收入现状,发现广东省区域内部发展存在明显的不均衡性,且这种差距随着时间的推移在不断扩大。本文以广东省4个区域2009—2017年面板数据为基础,通过建立联立方程模型实证检验三者间关系,研究发现区域经济增长对科技投入和农民收入增加均存在相互促进作用,而科技投入对农民收入增加起到抑制作用。

摘  要：
The increase in farmers' income is related to the improvement of people's living standards and quality of life. It can not be separated from the support of economic growth, science, and technology. From the perspective of regional economy, this paper firstly analyses the current situation of scientific and technological investment, agricultural economic growth and farmers' income in various regions of Guangdong Province in recent years, then we find that there are obvious imbalance in the development of Guangdong Province within the region, and this gap is expanding over time. Then, based on the panel data of four regions in Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2017, the empirical analysis shows that scientific and technological input can affect farmers' income through regional economic growth, that is, regional economic growth has a mediating effect between scientific and technological input and the increase of farmers' income, and the significance of this mediating effect is verified by Sober. Finally, according to the conclusions of this study, the paper provides corresponding policy recommendations for the better development of Guangdong Province.
