黄瓜、红辣椒-水稻轮作模式对连作障碍的影响

摘  要:
【目的】运用黄瓜、辣椒—水稻轮作模式对土壤连作障碍进行修复研究,为解决设施蔬菜的连作障碍难题提供了解决方法。【方法】田间试验采用随机区组排列,设黄瓜-水稻、红椒-水稻两种轮作模式试验,并以夏季空闲作为对照,3个处理3次重复。在黄瓜、辣椒、水稻收获末期取土样(0~5cm、5~10cm、10~20cm、20~40cm)测定分析作物根部及行间土壤的理化性质、微生物数量及土壤酶活性。【结果】黄瓜-水稻、红椒-水稻轮作,在黄瓜、辣椒收获后种植水稻,与对照相比较,轮作明显降低了土壤的p H值,以10~20cm土层最明显,降幅2.93%。显著降低了土壤0~20cm的Na~+和Ca~(2+)含量,Na+降幅在15.2~34.5mg/kg,Ca~(2+)降幅在7.5~27.5mg/kg。土壤中微生物总量显著增加,较对照增加45.7%(黄瓜-水稻)和21.1%(辣椒-水稻),减少了放线菌、真菌和尖孢镰刀菌的数量;显著提高了土壤中过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶和磷酸酶的活性,瓜、椒-水稻分别较对照提高8.14%、6.03%、3.17%、6.87%和16.34%、37.96%、30.77%、12.02%。【结论】瓜、椒-水稻轮作模式可以调节原有土壤中各养分和元素含量,杀死有害微生物,减少土传病害的发生,改良土壤理化性质,为下茬作物的生长发育提供良好的土壤基础。

【Objective 】In order to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacles,it is of great importance to study the effect of cucumbers and red peppers-rice rotation mode.【Method】Based on design of random sections &groups,the field experiment consists of two rotation modes( cucumber-rice/red pepper-rice),involving three treatments and three repetitions,with contrasts done in the summers without cultivation.In the end of harvesting cucumber,red pepper,and rice,soil samples( 0 ~ 5 cm,5 ~ 10 cm,10 ~20 cm,20 ~ 40 cm) are taken to measure physical & chemical properties,amount of microorganism,and soil enzymatic activities existing in crop roots and inter-row soils. 【Result 】The results show that: the cucumber-rice and red pepper-rice rotation modes decrease remarkably the p H( falling rate 2. 93%,mostly obvious in 10 ~ 20 cm soil); the content of Na~+ and Ca~(2+) also decrease remarkably in 0 ~ 20 cm soil,with15. 2 ~ 34. 5 mg/kg( Na~+) and 7. 5 ~ 27. 5 mg/kg( Ca~(2+)); while total amounts of microorganism increase unusually in the soil( rising rate 45. 7% for cucumber-rice,21. 1% for red pepper-rice),amounts of actinobacteria,fungus,and fusarium oxy orum are lowered; activities of hydrogen peroxidase,urease,invertase,and phosphatase are raised,respectively 8. 14%,6. 03%,3. 17%,6. 87% higher for cucumberrice rotation modes 16. 34%,37. 96%,30. 77 %,12. 02% higher for red pepper-rice rotation modes.【Conclusions】Conclusions are: cucumbers and red peppers-rice rotation mode can adjust content of useful elements in the original soil,kill harmful microorganism,decrease soil-infected disease,improve physical &chemical properties of the soil,thus laying good soil foundation for next crops.
