观赏甘薯的耐寒性研究

摘  要:
为探明观赏甘薯的耐寒性,研究了两个观赏甘薯品种在5℃低温和15℃对照处理0,6,12,24,48,72 h后叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,两个观赏甘薯品种叶片中的MDA含量在5℃低温处理下先迅速升高后下降;叶片的SOD,POD活性和蛋白质含量在低温胁迫前24 h内变化剧烈,自处理24 h起,叶片中的两种酶活性和蛋白质含量逐步降低,表明观赏甘薯对低温的适应需要一定的时间。两个观赏甘薯品种叶片中的MDA含量,SOD,POD和蛋白质含量在5℃低温处理明显比15℃对照处理高。此外,两个品种耐寒性有差异,从4个生理指标上看,L80-62比NC193有更强耐寒性。

摘  要:
In order to understand the cold resistance of ornamental sweet potato, MDA concentration,SOD activity,POD activity,and protein concentration in two ornamental sweetpotato leaf with 5℃ low temperature treatment and 15℃ as control had been determined after 6,12,24,48,and 72 h.Results showed that leaf MDA concentration of two varieties increased rapidly at 5℃ low temperature treatment,and then decreased.Leaf SOD activity,POD activity,and protein concentration changed greatly from 0 to 24 h after low temperature stress.However,these indexes gradually decreased from 24 h indicating that adaptation to low temperature of ornamental sweetpotato required some time.Leaf MDA concentration,SOD activity,POD activity,and protein concentration of two varieties under 5℃ low temperature treatment was much higher under control temperature(15℃).In addition,response to low temperature stress between two varieties showed differently.L80-62 was probably much more able to be tolerant than NC193 according to the four physiological indexes.
