基于LMDI模型的黑龙江粮食生产变化耕地利用效应

摘  要:
为合理规划黑龙江耕地资源,实现粮食的稳定增产,采用LMID分解法,将1994—2014年黑龙江省粮食生产变动的耕地利用效应分解为规模效应、广度效应、结构效应和强度效应,定量分析黑龙江粮食生产的时空变化。结果表明:在时间维度上,粮食总量呈现稳中有升-波动-快速增长的阶段特征,耕地利用效应作用大小为规模效应>强度效应>结构效应>广度效应,耕地面积有显著的增量效应,复种指数呈减量效应,粮食单产和粮作比例效应为正-负-正变化;空间维度上,耕地利用效应在各市作用不一,且规模效应和强度效应在各市粮食增产中发挥主要作用。在提高耕地质量,增加种粮面积和提高粮食单产方面提出政策建议。

摘  要:
The farmland utilization effect of grain production variation in Heilongjiang during1994-2014 is discomposed into scale effect,scope effect,structural effect and intensity effect by LMID mode and then the temporal and spatial variation of grain production was quantitatively analyzed to rationally plan farmland resources for grain stable and high yield in Heilongjiang.Results:Gross grain yield shows the stage characteristics of steady rise-fluctuate-rapid growth in the time dimension and the farmland utilization effect is scale effect>intensity effect>structural effect>scope effect.The farmland area has the significant incremental effect but the cropping index has the decrement effect.The effect of per unit area yield of grain to grain proportion shows the positive-negative-positive variation.The farmland utilization effect is different in different cities in the spatial dimension and the scale effect and intensity effect play the dominant role in grain yield increase of different cities.The policy suggestions to improve farmland quality,increase grain-growing area and increase the per unit area yield of grain are proposed at the same time.
