关于生产队管理体制的几点思考

摘 要：
为了探讨国营农场中生产队一级的管理体制,通过对原生产队集权管理体制的分析和在总结改革管理体制过程中出现的一些新情况,针对当前存在的主要问题,提出了进一步完善生产队管理体制,更好地发挥生产队管理职能作用的主要方面是:(1).灵活而有效地组织生产;(2).实行上下级之间的互保合同;(3).组织好对所属生产经营单位的优质规模服务;(4).发挥市场的纽带和连接机制;(5).协调好生产队内部的产业关系。

摘 要：
In order to study the management system of production team under state operated farm, this article analyzes the centralized management system before reforms and summarizes new circumstances during the process of reforms. To solve current problems and make the system work more effectively, the author suggests that the production team should: (1) Organize production more effectively and flexibly; (2) Practise mutual contracts with team's upper organizations; ( 3 ) Provide high quality services to the underneath production units, ( 4 ) Serve as a linkage to relaee family farms to market; ( 5 ) Coordinate internal relations amongfarm enterprises.
