风电机组叶片模型载荷的有限元分析

摘  要:
针对叶片材料为木质夹心外裹玻璃纤维复合材料的试验,用100W叶片进行了气动载荷的计算及叶片的有限元建模和分析。分析中,考虑了叶片复合材料的各向异性和材料的铺层结构,使得分析更加符合实际情况,得到了不同风速工况下叶片的应力分布,并与静载试验结果进行对比,结果较一致。由此说明了有限元分析方法的合理性,并验证叶片在各风工况下是安全的。

摘  要:
Aerodynamic load calculation and finite element analysis on 100W wind turbine rotor blade model which material is composite.Composite anisotropy and material overlay structure be considered in the analysis,and get the stress distribution at different wind for blade,and with the static load test results were compared,the results are less consistent.Shows the finite element analysis method is reasonable,andverify that the blade are safe in the wind operating conditions.
