施有机肥对油桐幼苗生长及其土壤养分含量的影响

摘  要:
以三峡库区油桐幼苗为材料,研究盆栽条件下施用适量(1000g/盆)的猪粪有机肥对土壤养分含量及油桐幼苗生长影响。结果表明:与未施肥土壤(CK)相比,施用猪粪有机肥3个月后土壤p H值升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),说明长期施有机肥可以防止土壤酸化;猪粪有机肥处理均增加了土壤有机质含量(P<0.05)、全氮和碱解氮含量(P<0.05);却降低了土壤全磷、全钾、有效磷和速效钾含量,说明施有机肥有利于油桐幼苗对土壤养分的吸收;施猪粪有机肥促进了油桐幼苗的株高﹑地径增长及其单株生物量的增加,同时也促进了油桐幼苗根系生长,有利于油桐幼苗在后期生长保持较高的根系吸收养分能力。

摘  要:
This study analyzed the effects of the right amount(1 000 g/pot) of pig organic manure on growth and soil nutrients in Three Gorges Reservoir tung oil tree seedlings under potted conditions. Results show that: Comparing with non-organic manure soil(CK), after using pig organic manure for 3 months, the soil p H was increased, but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05), this shows that the long-term application of organic manure can prevent soil acidification; the soil under manure organic treatments that contents of organic matter(P < 0.05), total N and nitrogen(P < 0.05) were increased, but the total P, effective P, total K and available K were decreased, which shows that organic fertilizer making the soil nutrients be more easy absorbed by tung oil tree seedlings; under manure organic treatment, the growth of height, ground diameter and plant biomass were increased, while also promoting the tung tree seedling root growth that making keep a high ability to absorb nutrients in the late growth.
