基于ADAMS的矿用自卸车悬架系统参数化研究

摘  要:
在ADAMS/View中建立了矿用自卸车半车7自由度悬架模型,分析了驾驶室悬置刚度、阻尼及前悬减振器阻尼系数对时域内驾驶室垂直振动加速度的影响,对悬架系统进行了优化计算,确定三个参数,并通过MATLAB编程求出驾驶室垂直振动加速度加权均方根值。优化前后驾驶室垂向振动加速度最大值分别为2.37 m/s2和2.01 m/s2,驾驶室垂直振动加速度加权均方根值分别为1.768 m/s2和1.364 m/s2,优化值分别降低了15.19%和22.85%。结果表明,悬架系统参数优化很好地解决了各参数对系统的影响,有效提高了车辆行驶平顺性。

摘  要:
Half truck 7 DOF suspension model of mine dump truck is established in ADAMS / View, the influence of cab suspension stiffness, damping and front suspension shock absorber damping coefficient to vertical vibration acceleration of cab in time domain is analyzed. The suspension system is optimized to determine the three parameters, through MATLAB programming,the cab vertical acceleration weighted RMS is obtained. Before and after optimization, the cab maximum vertical acceleration respectively were 2.37 m / s~2 and 2.01 m / s~2, cab vertical acceleration weighted RMS were 1.768 m/ s~2 and 1.364 m / s~2, and were reduced by 15.19% and 22.85% by optimization. The results show that the suspension system parameter optimization solves the influence to various parameters on the system, effectively improves vehicle ride comfort.
