桔梗种子内源抑制物质特性的初步研究

摘  要:
证明了桔梗种子中存在着活性较高的内源抑制物质。抑制物质的乙醚提取物纸层析谱活性最高区段为Rf0.3和Rf0.8区段:乙醚萃取后残液织层析语活性最高区段为Rf0.3区段。这说明桔梗种子内源抑制物质中有易溶于水的成分。屯有易溶于非极性溶剂乙醚的成分。桔梗种子内源抑制物质可以通过温水(41℃、45℃)浸种、有机溶剂浸泡部分除去。桔梗种子粗提液对小麦种子萌发和地上部分及地下部分生长有明显抑制作用.且抑制活性随粗提物浓度增大而增强。

摘  要:
This paper proved that there are inner inhibitory substances with higher activity in Platycodongrandoprum (Jacq.) A. DC. seeds for the first time. The highest zones of paper chromatography of etherextraction of inhibitory substances are Rf0. 3 and Rf0. 8. The highest zone of paper chromatography of theremained liquid after extraction with ether are Rf0. 3. This demonstrated that inner inhibitory substances inPlatycodon grandiflorum consist of not only ingredient easily soluble in water, but also those easily solublein non polar ether solvent. The inner inhibitory substances can be partly removed by soaking in warmwater (41℃. 45℃) or organic solvent. The rough extraction liquid has evident inhibitory effect on thegermination of wheat's seed and growth of wheat's part above and below ground. Moreover, the inhibitoryeffect strengthens with the density of rough extraction increasing.
