根据湘研辣椒种子的生产特点和销售规律 ,用准时生产制思想研究了湘研辣椒种子的生产管理问题 .研究结果表明 ,实现湘研辣椒种子准时生产制 ,不仅可以提高种子质量 ,缩短库存时间 ,减少库存数量 ,保证市场供应 ,同时能极大地降低生产成本

摘 要：
According to production characteristic and market rules of Xiangyan hot pepper seeds, the production management problem of Xiangyan hot pepper seeds were studied by using punctual ideas.The results show that not only seeds quality is improved,time is shortened,storage is decreased,market supply is ensured, but also production costs are decreased largely by using punctual production.
