嘧菌环胺和氟嘧菌酯复配对不同病原菌抑制的增效作用

摘  要:
为了对嘧菌环胺和氟嘧菌酯2种药剂的复配应用提供依据,采用室内生长速率法,以柑橘疮痂病菌、茶树芽枯病菌、芒果炭疽病菌、苹果腐烂病菌和葡萄黑痘病菌为作用目标,研究嘧菌环胺和氟嘧菌酯复配剂对不同病原菌的协同增效作用。结果表明:嘧菌环胺对5种病原菌的EC_(50)为0.40~1.78mg/L,氟嘧菌酯对5种病原菌的EC_(50)为0.13~0.94mg/L;嘧菌环胺和氟嘧菌酯按适当比例混配对5种不同病原菌具有明显的增效作用,混配比例为1∶3时,对柑橘疮痂病菌和茶树芽枯病菌的共毒系数分别为195.03和201.48;混配比例为6∶1时,对芒果炭疽病菌的共毒系数为196.29;混配比例为1∶5时,对苹果腐烂病菌的共毒系数为195.27;混配比例为1∶10时,对葡萄黑痘病菌的共毒系数为198.89。综合比较并考虑防治成本,嘧菌环胺与氟嘧菌酯防治柑橘疮痂病以1∶5~3∶1复配较好,防治茶树芽枯病以1∶5~9∶1复配较好,防治芒果炭疽病病以1∶9~9∶1复配较好,防治苹果腐烂病以1∶10~5∶1复配较好,防治葡萄黑痘病以1∶10~5∶1复配较好。

摘  要:
The synergistic effect of Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound against Elsinoe fewcetti,Gibberella baccata,Colletotrichum gloeosporioiles,Cytospora mandshurica Miura and Sphaceloma ampelinum was determined by the indoor growth rate method to provide the theoretical basis for application of Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound.Results:The EC_(50) of single Cyprodinil and single Fluoastrobin against five tested fungi is 0.40~1.78 mg/L and 0.13~0.94 mg/L respectively.The Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound with the appreciate mixture ratio has the obvious synergistic effect against five tested fungi.The co-toxicity coefficient of the Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound with 1∶3mixture ratios against Elsinoe fewcetti and Gibberella baccatais 195.03 and 201.48 separately.The cotoxicity coefficient of the Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound with 6:1 mixture ratio against Colletotrichum gloeosporioiles is 196.29.The co-toxicity coefficient of the Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound with 1∶5 mixture ratio against Cytospora mandshurica Miura is 195.27.The co-toxicity coefficient of the Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound with 1∶10 mixture ratio against Sphaceloma ampelinum is 198.89.The optimum mixture ratio of Cyprodinil and Fluoastrobin compound against Elsinoe fewcetti,Gibberella baccata,Colletotrichum gloeosporioiles,Cytospora mandshurica Miura and Sphaceloma ampelinumis 1∶5~3∶1,1∶5~9∶1,1∶9~9∶1,1∶10~5∶1and 1∶10~5∶1from angles of comprehensive comparison results and control cost respectively.
