以电导法配合Logistic方程鉴定茶树品种(系)的抗寒性

摘  要:
以4个优良茶树品系为试验材料,以福鼎大白茶为对照,采用电导法进行抗寒性的初步鉴定。结果表明,随着处理温度的不断降低,5个茶树品种(系)的电解质外渗率变化趋势呈现"S"型曲线变化。利用电解质外渗率配合Logistic方程推算出20-2-1、20-3-1、03-7-4、05-9-1和福鼎大白茶的低温半致死温度(LT50)分别为-10.98、-12.81、-14.40、-7.93、-10.34℃,抗寒性由强到弱依次为03-7-4、20-3-1、20-2-1、福鼎大白茶、05-9-1。

摘  要:
Taking leaves of four excellent Camellia sinensis(L.) O.Kuntze varieties as test materials and the leaves of C.sinensis(L.) O.Kuntze cv.Fuding Dabaicha as the control,the cold resistance of them was primarily studied by the means of electrical conductivity method.The results showed that the ion leakage rate of five tea plants increased in S-shape with the decrease of temperature.The semi-lethal temperature(LT50) of 20-2-1,20-3-1,03-7-4,05-9-1,and Fuding Dabaicha calculated by the Logistic equation of ion leakage rate was-10.98,-12.81,-14.40,-7.93 and-10.34 ℃,respectively.Among five tea plants,03-7-4 had the strongest cold resistance,followed by 20-3-1,20-2-1,Fuding Dabaicha and 05-9-1.
