不同草炭土用量对烤烟生长及产量质量的影响

摘  要:
试验研究了草炭土育苗对烤烟移栽苗和烤烟生长期农艺性状的影响。昌乐点试验结果表明,育苗中草炭土使用比例为20%时移栽苗的颜色最深,茎粗与茎高略低,符合壮苗特征,烤烟鲜重积累量略高于对照,产量与产值均比对照提高5.67%;草炭土比例为40%时移栽苗根系的鲜重高于对照,对促进根系生长有较好的作用,同时产量产值高于对照但是低于草炭土比例20%的处理。安丘点试验结果表明,草炭土用量为30%时团棵期烤烟茎高、茎粗、鲜重均高于对照,其次为40%的草炭土处理;在烤烟的现蕾期,30%~40%草炭土处理的农艺性状最佳。综合分析认为,烤烟育苗中草炭土用量以20%~40%为宜。

摘  要:
The effects of breeding using peat soil on transplant seedlings and their agronomic traits during growth period of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results of Changle station showed that when the use ratio of peat soil was 20%,the tobacco transplant seedlings had the deepest color and lower stem diameter and stem height,which fit the characteristics of strong seedlings.The fresh weight accumulation of flue-cured tobacco were slightly higher than those of control,and the yield and production value both improved by 5.67%.When the ratio of peat soil was 40%,the fresh weight of transplant seedling roots was higher than that of control,which indicated that the peat soil could promote root growth.At the same time,the yield and production value were higher than those of control but lower than those of 20% peat soil treatment.The results of Anqiu station showed that the stem height,stem diameter and fresh weight of flue-cured tobacco at rosette stage were all higher than those of control when peat soil ratio was 30%,followed by 40% peat soil treatment.At squaring period,30% ~ 40% peat soil treatment had the optimum agronomic traits.Through comprehensively analysis,the optimum peat soil ratio was 20% ~ 40% in flue-cured tobacco breeding.
