中国小尾寒羊FSHR基因部分序列的克隆与分析

摘  要:
利用 PCR技术扩增了中国小尾寒羊 FSHR基因 5′端调控区和部分结构区序列 ,并通过克隆进行了序列测定。比较研究结果 :中国小尾寒羊与澳洲绵羊的 FSHR基因在 5′端有4个位点发生了单碱基插入 /缺失 (或缺失 /插入 )突变 ,序列间的保守性为 97.99% ;碱基变异率相应为 2 .0 1%。而二者在结构基因扩增区域的碱基变异率仅 0 .36 %。有 2个位点的碱基变异引起了氨基酸密码改变

摘  要:
flanking region and partial structural sequence of FSHR gene of Chinese small tail Han sheep were amplified by PCR technique, cloned and sequenced. Sequence comparison showed that the sequence homology in 5′ flanking region was 97.99% between Chinese small tail Han sheep and Australian sheep, and the base variability was 2.01% accordingly. The base variability between two species at the structural gene region sequenced was only 0.36%. 2 base variation at that region caused the change of amino acid codes.
