楚雄野生蔬菜资源调查与研究

摘  要：
楚雄州地处云南省中部,境内气候宜人,属中亚热带季风气候,气候垂直变化明显,食用野生植物资源丰富,当地老百姓有食野生蔬菜的传统.本文对楚雄州野生蔬菜的分布状况与特点进行了调查研究,发现楚雄市场上流通的野生蔬菜约有46个种或类;并调查了楚雄州野生蔬菜开发利用存在的问题及发展前景,在此基础上,对楚雄州野生蔬菜的发展提出了建议和对策,为进一步系统地保护和开发楚雄野生蔬菜资源提供重要的基础资料.

摘  要：
Chuxiong is located in the central part of Yunnan province. Its climate is pleasant and belongs to the middle subtropical monsoon climate. Vertical climate change is obvious in this area. There are abundant resources of edible wild plants. The local people have a tradition of liking to eat wild vegetables. This paper investigates the distribution and characteristics of wild vegetables in Chuxiong. It is found that there are about46 species or classes of wild vegetables circulating in Chuxiong market. Based on the investigation of the problems and prospects of the exploitation and utilization of wild vegetables in Chuxiong, the countermeasures for the development of wild vegetables in Chuxiong were put forward, which provided important basic data for the further systematic protection and exploitation of wild vegetable resources in Chuxiong prefecture.
