介绍了用于干燥农药滤饼的旋转闪蒸干燥机的设计方法。旋转闪蒸干燥机结构紧凑,集干燥、粉碎、分级为一体,是流化技术、旋流技术、粉碎分级技术、喷动技术及对流传热技术的优化组合,简化了生产工艺流程,节省了设备投资和运转费用。

摘 要：
The spin-flash dryer design method for pesticide cake drying was introduced. By combining the drying, crushing, grading multi function into one uniform process, the versatile device is compact. The production process was simplified by optimizing of combined structures with flow technology, spiral-flow technology, jet mill technology, spouting technology and convective heat transfer technology. Equipment investment and running cost has been cut greatly.
