松针提取物对广西麻鸡屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

摘  要：
为研究松针提取物对广西麻鸡的生产性能的影响,试验选取1日龄广西麻鸡1 600只为试验动物进行为期120 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为两组,每组两个重复。在饲养过程中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮中添加松针提取物300 mg·kg-1。结果表明,试验组活重、屠体重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率均有显著优势(P<0.05);松针提取物能在一定程度上改善广西麻鸡肉品质,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,松针提取物能显著提高广西麻鸡的屠宰性能,并在一定程度上提高广西麻鸡肉品质。

摘  要：
To evaluate the effect of pine needle PE on slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken, one thousand and six hundred Guangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to two groups,each group had two repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added pine needle PE 300 mg · kg-1for 120 d. The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing body weight, slaughter weight, percentage of half-eviscerated yield, percentage of eviscerated yield, dressed percentage, percentage of leg muscle, percentage of breast muscle with control group(P<0.05). Index of the meat quality in this test was improved a little for the test group(P>0.05). Therefore, pine needle PE can improve slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken in a certain extant.
