便携式农作物秸秆剪切力测量仪的设计

摘  要:
介绍一种便携式农作物秸秆剪切力测量仪的软、硬件设计。该测量仪采用MSP430F425作为控制核心,采用交流可逆减速电机作为执行机构,通过力传感器采集剪切力信号,经信号调理电路和高精度A/D模块传送至核心控制器,进行数据显示、存储和分析。该测量仪可完全取代万能力学实验台在农作物秸秆剪切力测试方面的功能,同时实现装置的自动化、智能化。经实际应用验证,该测量仪性能稳定、精确可靠。

摘  要:
The software and hardware were described. The measuring instrument used MSP430F425 as the control core and AC reversible gear motor as the executive body. The shear force sensor collected signal and sent it to the central controller through signal conditioning circuitry and precision A/D module for data display, storage and analysis. The measuring instrument can completely replace the function of universal mechanics bench in straw shear force test;meanwhile achieve device automation and intelligence. Its performance is stable, accurate and reliable.
