复合型小麦种衣剂对小麦幼苗生长及某些生理特性的影响

摘  要：
采用自制复合型小麦种衣剂对小麦种子进行包衣处理 ,并研究了其对小麦幼苗生长及某些生理特性的影响。结果表明 :该种衣剂不影响小麦的出苗 ,并能提高小麦种子的出苗率和α-淀粉酶活性 ,降低幼苗株高 ,增加干物重、根冠比及幼苗健壮度 ,提高幼苗叶绿素含量、光合速率、根糸活力和 SOD、CAT、POD的活性 ,对小麦种子萌发、幼苗的生长和抗性的提高具有明显促进作用

摘  要：
Wheat seeds were coated with compound seed coating material. the influence of that on growth and the some physiological characterstics of wheat seedling were studied.. It was found that the seed was treated,its germination was not impeded,and seedling emerging rate and the activity of α amylase were enhanced, seedling height was shortened ,and dry weight,root shoot ratio, chlorophyll content ,photosynthysitic rate,rooting ability were increased,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) also were enhanced.the results showed that wheat seed germination,seedling growth and increasing of resistance were promoted.
