光肩星天牛不同寄主树种挥发性物质的比较分析

摘  要:
植物挥发性物质在昆虫搜寻寄主过程中起着重要的作用 .该文首次利用动态顶空采集法 ,提取了光肩星天牛部分寄主树种合作杨、新疆杨、毛白杨、旱柳未损伤及遭受机械损伤后的挥发性物质 ,共鉴定出 56种化合物 ,包括醛类、酯类、醇类、萜烯类、脂肪酸类等 .结果表明 ,感光肩星天牛树种释放较多的酯、萜类物质 ,而抗性树种则释放较多的醇、醛类物质 .在遭受机械损伤后醛类和醇类物质的释放量增加 ,同时还产生大量的萜类物质 .这些物质释放的变化可能与光肩星天牛的取食习性有关

摘  要:
The headspace volatiles emitted by leaves of 4 host tree species with different resistant abilities to Anoplophora glabripennis were examined by adsorption thermodesorption and GC MS identification. Fifty six compounds were yielded, including alcohols, aldehydes, esters, terpenoids and carboxylic acids. The analysis revealed that the resistant host trees of A. glabripennis released more alcohols and aldehydes, while the susceptible host trees released more esters and terpenoids. Lots of terpenes were released and the releasing of aldehydes and alcohols were also enhanced when those trees were artificially damaged. The variations of the releasing of these volatile compounds may be relevant to the feeding habit of A. glabripennis.
