In this paper, the red blood cell(RBC), hemoglobin(HGB), hematocrit(HCT), mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), red blood cell distribution width(RDW-S)and red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation(RDW-C)of 1 203 clinical cases were analyzed statistically. The results showed that:(1)18.95% clinical cases had dehydration, and 9.64% clinical cases had anemia, including61.74% mild anemia cases, 24.35% moderate anemia cases, 11.30% severe anemia cases, and 2.61% extremely severe anemia cases.(2)The ranges of RBC, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-S and RDW-C in the 859 clinical cats with normal HGB were(2.27-13.84)×1012/L, 11.60%-59.00%, 26.90-94.60 fL, 9.30-29.70 pg, 240.00-576.00 g/L, 23.00-54.54 fL and 12.50%-37.10%respectively.( 3) In 116 clinical cases with anemia, the macrocytic, normal, simple microcytic and microcytic hypochromic anemia cases accounted for 26.72%, 56.90%, 14.66% and 1.72% respectively; Macrocytic, normal and microcytic homogeneous anemia cases accounted for 9.48%, 16.38% and 3.45% respectively; and non homogeneous anaemia cases accounted for 17.24%,40.52% and 12.93% respectively.
