湿法磷酸快速萃取技术在小磷酸装置上的应用

摘  要:
介绍湿法磷酸快速萃取技术在小磷酸(<3.0万t/aP2O5)装置上的应用,分别介绍2种技改工艺的工艺流程、需增设备,技改前后主要工艺控制指标与技经指标;该技术可使磷酸生产能力由1.5万tP2O5/a增加至4.5万tP2O5/a,真空冷却工艺比增大排风量工艺年节省电费约33万元(0.45元/kW·h);增大排风量工艺年可副产800t氟硅酸钠,获利约32万元(按每吨利润400元计)。工厂应根据自身情况,选择1种技改工艺。

摘  要:
The application of rapid extraction technology on smallscale phosphoric acid plant(<30 kt/a P_2O_5) is presented. The technology enables a capacity increase to 45 kt/a P_2O_5 from the previous 15 kt/a P_2O_5. Two processes(vacuum route and blast wind route) and their equipment to be installed are described, with their technological and economic indices given. Compared with blast wind route, the vacuum route will save 330 thousand RMB Yuan/a on power consumption(by 0.45 RMB Yuan/kW·h); and the blast wind route will produce 800 t/a of sodium fluosilicate, or profit of 320 thousand RMB Yuan(by profit of 400 RMB Yuans/t).
