仔猪肠道健康的生物学机制及调控技术研究与应用

摘  要：
断奶应激一直是困扰养猪业的一个难题,也是动物营养学界亟待解决的命题之一。由于幼龄仔猪消化系统和免疫系统都尚未发育成熟,早期断奶容易造成仔猪胃肠道功能紊乱,诱发仔猪断奶综合症。因此,研究仔猪肠道健康,阐明仔猪在断奶前后肠道的变化规律,对于合理制定配方,研究开发新型的功能性饲料具有十分重要的意义,本文将对近年来国内外对仔猪肠道健康以及功能性饲料的研究进行综述。

摘  要：
Weaning stress of piglets is always a tough problem in pig industry and animal nutriology.Weaning stress of piglets is often associated with reduced food consumption as well as temporary reductions in weight gain and growth,which can result in post weaning lag,a time of depressed feed intake and of increased diarrhea and disease,intestinal dysfunction and atrophy,and mortality in piglets.Recent research on the differences of between weaning and suckling piglets indicated that functional feeds are important to design feed ingredients and study new feed.This paper reviews on the advantages and effects of functional feed in intestinal health of piglets for its further research and application.
